Data Bank

Open data is an idea that promote the freely availability of data to everyone to re-use, republish and redistribute it. The goal is to make the data accessible for all in public. Even though, it has paradoxically coincided by the rise of intellectual property. However, PRSO is very delighted to join the open data movement, as a non-for profit research organization; we are highly committed to support this idea in Afghanistan. We invite every like-minded research think tanks, also the government institutions and development actors to join us on this journey. Precisely, the circulation of data will trigger more innovations, new ideas, greater accountability and help us maintain the better social order. To this end, we made our data sets online, accessible to everyone for their further use.
